 We guarantee all shipments to arrive in good condition at the address to which originally shipped, provided delivery is made when first offered. In order to guarantee satisfactory delivery, address must be correct and within regular delivery limits of the carrier. We reserve the right to substitute varieties of equal or greater value when necessary. Our quarantee is null and void if we are not notified about the condition of your fruit within 40 days of the date of shipment. |
